EDB Postgres Advanced Server 14.24.0 includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:

TypeDescriptionAddresses
Upstream mergeMerged with community PostgreSQL 14.24. See the PostgreSQL 14.24 release notes for more information.
Bug fixFixed crashes in some ECPGPlus functions when called without any established connection.
Bug fixpg_dump/pg_dumpall --no-role-passwords no longer dumps edb_password_history, since it isn't needed when passwords aren't restored, and previously could fail for non-superuser dump users.#40455
Bug fixFixed pg_dumpall --no-role-passwords aborting with a missing-column error on back-branch clusters. Note: roles with EXEMPT ACCESS POLICY need it reapplied manually after such a restore.#40455
Bug fixAdded edb_max_tuple_size and edb_max_tuple_field_size GUCs to prevent memory allocation failures during logical replication by proactively capping tuple and field sizes. Both parameters default to INT_MAX for full backwards compatibility.
